DISCLAIMER: My time at this studio was only for the duration of the creation of this pilot episode. I am not affiliated with the current employees of Spindlehorse. I worked on this production directly out of college as a means of gaining some level of industry experience and to afford rent and by the end of my time on the production had many negative experiences with the director, various employees, and fans of the production that have since led me to distance myself from anything involved with this production or studio.
I do not condone bullying, underpaying, overworking, or mistreating employees regardless of their skill levels.
The design and layout for this shot goes 100% to Shannon Jordan who spent an incredible amount of time studying different types of architecture and infusing as much character as possible into this structure. She wanted to offer a visually exciting action that could be used to expand various stories and themes into the show.
The final illustration of the Main Hotel building featured in Hazbin Hotel. This color pass was not included in the final draft due to the director cutting our time short.
The version you see in the final production uses Shannon Jordan's Final Design and Layout, along with my Ink, color flats, and shadow painting. The rest we were told was handled by a variety of different illustrators including, Benjamin Santiago Avila, Sam Miller, and Vivienne Medrano (Although it was never made clear to us who did what)
Please do not contact me to create content based off of this studio's creations.
