Kings Island Beast Roller Coaster Station

A test to myself to recreate, as cleanly, and realistically a structure from real life. In order to complete this i had to spend a few days gathering many reference photos of the building from many angles in order to best match up the structure in a 3D environment.

Short video showcasing the model. Without having actual blue prints to the coaster station, or track, all of it had to be refrenced off itself with the help of many reference photos.

To match the real life building, nearly 200 refrence pictures were taken thoughout the rides line to match each board as best as possible. This helps create effective shadows and light crevices under different rendering conditions.

I ended each pathway with a solid cut so that this model could easily be continued, or added into another scene.

For additional presentation, i painted a cleaner version of the rides logo to impose on renders and video composites
